Hi we have just upgraded to laptops with docks at work. We have dual output display port running to 23 inch monitors. They might be a bit far outa ur price range ( outa my price range) but gives u portability and good desktop uses. I would be lost without dual monitor

I want dual monitors hooked up to a desktop pc. I have a good laptop that has a 14" screen so it is a bit small from a distance.
The only reason I dont really want to use my laptop as my main pc is because I will need to take it with me to uni, so I dont want to have to hook and unhook it all the time.
But dual screens is definitely what I want.
There are some people who have 3-4 screens in their room but it seems a little bit much

We have docks like thease Genuine HP Docking Station EN488AA DVI 449720-001 444706-1 HSTNN-IX01 #467 - Ypsilon Computers this is only for reference. Come back in the arvo and just clip it in and hey presto ur away.

23" screens are cheap as,,
how on earth are you going to fill 6 terabytes??:o
thats a lot of por, er, research,,,:angel:

I plan on using the 32" tv for movies and the monitor screen for games. I saw a acer 27" monitor screen for $200 the other day I probably should have bought it. I go to college next Friday so I will take a photo of my room and desk space and see what you guys think.
-
2 x 27" = :eek::eek::eek: amount of desk space.
in fact the desk will cost more than the two monitors:p

In our rooms at college there is a big built in desk. Some people have 3 monitors and one person managed to put a 40" tv on the top shelf
