Installed 10 on my Surface 3 and was initially very impressed but the reduced functionality of Onenote (on the tablet...where's the bloody wheel gone!), Onedrive (no control over what's happening) and updates (is auto everything the only option?) gave me the irits. Uninstalled and back to 8.1.

My impression is that 10 is not quite tablet ready.

Nothing is easy though. The uninstall was quick and painless but now Mail/Calendar/People doesn't work. Off to sort that out now......

1 day in and after spending a few hours getting outlook 2013 and google business apps sync working, i am a happy puppy for now

even removed start8 and am using the windows start menu

if it ends up as stable as 8.1 was they will have gained back a fair bit of ground i reckon...

but people generally don't handle change well so i am sure it is going to take some time...

I was flicking through Flipboard on the phone earlier today and came across a glowing review in The Verge of Edge
Didn't read the full article, work beckoned, but they really like it saying it was much cleaner and lighter than IE.
