    PS-4 + GT-6

I'm considering a Playstation 4 for Gran Tourismo 6, I had PS1 and 2 yonks ago with an earlier version GT.
Any advice is welcome. The controller seems to be wireless but there is only one, can a second wireless controller be connected or does it have to be wired? The PS 4 will be connected to an LG 60" TV so it will need an HDMI cable, are these standard in the PS box? Is it worth considering a PS3?
    Thanks in anticipation.

P.S. if this should be in the computer bit, mods feel free to move (it ).

The ps4 uses wireless tech for the controllers and in theory you can connect an unlimited number of them but in reality theres only so much screen real estate for players to use on a single console, only so many fingers you have to push buttons with (or feet to stomp pedals) and so many inputs that the software that will be realistically supported.

the other things that you can do with a PS4 makes it worth while if you dont have another device that can handle all the other media streaming things it can do.

I checked out Project, seems very good except that it only supports one local player per console. If GT6 is the same as earlier versions, it can support up to four players.

I've had GT6 since it was released on the PS3 console.

ps3 is wireless as well and can support nearly everything you use digitally.

if you buy a PS4 you get to able to play all the latest games of your choice.

If you only want it for GT6 then buying a PS3 will save a lot of bikkies.

I think it can read and play every disc/dvd format and its movie playback and music stereo is as good as any other system I have at home.

Whilst on the topic of GT6 , did anyone see the time of 3:11 set on the Nurburgring with the newly released SRT cars?

My best times on the ring are in the 6:30 segments and I am at my absolute limits of response , concentration , hand / eye coordination.

I would love to see how this guy did it (without cheating).....I can't reduce my best time at all let alone halving it.
