Yeah, if you wouldn't say it face to face, it shouldn't be said on screen.

What I have sometimes said face to face isn't permitted "On Line" which is probably a good thing as kids and women have access to these places.
As for Bullies on line or otherwise these are usually cowardly toads that are not worth anyone's attention anyway.

I have a theory that the noisier people are around others, the more likely they are to fold in a confrontation. The quiet ones can be more reliable. It's the old, 'Speak softly and carry a big stick' idea.
