    Does it exist?

    A 10inch tablet,
    with phone capabilities,
    with QI wireless charging?

    Anyone?

How big is your head if you need a 10” tablet to make a phone call...? 😇😆

The Samsung galaxy fold won’t be far off that though in size, but you’d be a brave man to spend that much on untested tech IMO.

Any tablet can make phone calls if you install Skype on it and use a $60 4GX pocket modem , spending extra on a tablet that can take its own simcard is a waste imo.

    Not that I know of.
But ask yourself the why/what else questions.
Why do you want Qi on a tablet?
I reckon it'd be unwieldy to use properly.
Maybe on a smaller tablet it could work fine, but the charge pad would need to be large enough so that there is no chance for the 10" tablet to tip(at all) .. otherwise no charge.

An alternative(and what I've done) .. just get a magnetic USB charge cable for it(I think they cost me about $2-3 each .. got a few with the various common connectors.
Brilliant! What you do is leave the magnetic port dongle in the device, and offer up the cable to the little dongle. It then clips to the cable magnetically.

I reckon tho, that if you wanted you could roll your own Qi charger gizmo up. Qi charge pads(for the device end) are easy to get(about $1 off ebay .. get a few, quality isn't guaranteed).
Buy a cheapie Qi charge stand, hack it and fit it onto a proper tablet stand ... shouldn't be hard.

As for phone capabilities, there are a few tablets that have LTE versions.
I got my original 7" Galaxy Tab II with LTE(cost about $100-ish more than a regular Wifi model) .. thoughts were that it'd be independently connected when I was out and about in the bush .. ie. second phone if required.
Never used it once, barely used a couple of megs on the data sim I got for it ... wasted $s ... stopped using it that way. Phone did work as expected tho, and it's speakers were much louder than the phones I had at the time.

Just had a quick squizz ..

    Samsung's S5e 4G is $850 on their site.

Kogan have a Galaxy Tab A 10.5" LTE model .. for about $400. If you check their site, you'll note that most of the LTE model tablets are "sold out" .. ie. not much demand for them.
JB have a Tab S3 9.7" with LTE(32Gb) for $799 ... HN have the same device for near on $200(and on sale .. apparently! ).

But for Qi ... I think you're out of luck ... you may need to cobble up, or look at the magnetic charge cables.

ps. for a long time when I use my 7" TabII(I have a Lenovo M10 now) I used to just leave it on the desk/table) facing up. ie. Qi charge pad could be less annoying in usage.
Was looking for a kick stand for it to have it sit angle upright .. makes it easier to view when trying to do stuff with it.
I remember kick stands were in the $5-10 range for cheapo stuff off ebay .. procrastinated.
More important was a proper mount for the car(my main use for tablet is OziExplorer) .. so finally settled on the RAM mount setup. Had window end mounts .. needed the add on tablet holders available.
So got one, and in the box was a weird looking part that made no sense for the RAM mount .. fiddled with it, clipped in a part that looked like it went there .. turned out to be a freebie kick stand.
Before I started using the kick stand, the tablet screen would build up a much stronger sticky dust film on it .. just hard to clean off nicely. But with the stand, the stickiness of the dust is much less so.
I'm thinking due to the angled resting position of the tablet.

    Hope that helps.
    Arthur.

It certainly is these days. When I got mine a data only sim made some sense, but I never use it now, as my ALDI phone sim gives me way more data than I need, it rolls over month to month and personal hotspot works just fine.

Have to admit some curiosity as to why anyone would want to use a tablet as a phone though. Must be the XXXX.

    Lots of reasons why.
Not everyone 'needs a phone' as such, and maybe a tablet is the better device to use.
That is, if you need the tablet device, and only want the phone for telephony .. then why carry the phone?
You can use the tablet for telephony when the need arises .. use a bluetooth earpiece to actually communicate, and not hold a large tablet up to your ear.

an example: my kids going to (high) school. carry their little Dell tablet/laptop convertible devices with them all the time(to school and back).
If they were tablets with phone capability(mobile type, not net phone), technically they don't need their phones.
They can use their cordless(or corded) headphones for talking. But they need their laptop tablets for school. In this scenario, the phone is superfluous, not the tablet.

Microsoft also offer a couple of their Windows tablets with LTE connectivity as well .. Surface Go(I think).

    My first tablet device was a 10" Win7 Gigabyte(1080S).
OK contraption, bit slow with it's Atom CPU. But it did OK.
It also came with sim card capability(3G I think) .. supposedly. Never worked, tried a few times. Then figured out why it wasn't working.
Even tho it was sim capable, the actual modem wasn't installed. Aha! .. look for a compatible network device then.
Searched around, and found compatible chip, which also did bluetooth and better Wifi(AC, and MIMO capable). Cost about $30 or so.
Fitted, installed needed drivers, installed my sim .. Windows tablet now can work as phone too if needed.
That was a long time back now(in computer terms) about 2009 or so. Battery won't hold charge .. too expensive to replace, given the rest of the device specs.

    Thanks everyone

    XXXX?
is all natural with only 1% sugar.. Mothers milk.

Its funny how everyone seems to have a comment on the taste of XXXX,, yet no-one admits to drinking it,, get your head around that!

anyway,, the REASON for this specific combo ?
Old Age. ( not that I should need to explain )

My Mother in law makes few calls, plays card games, is over 80, is nearly blind, and has ruined several charging cords and devices.
(Though the new type C usb should help a bit there..)

and THAT combo might come to a great many of us,,

    .....
The cord ruining thing isn't uncommon.
I have three phones(LG, Sony and cheapo Chineseium) all broken micro USB ports on phone.
This is why I recommended the magnetic charge cord. You leave the charge port bit in the phone all the time, and the cord magnetically clips on, if you get the round magnet model orientation makes no difference, and being magnetic makes it easy peasy for old peeps to connect.

cost about $3-5 .. and if you do try this as an option, a heads up is to get at least a couple of the small dongles that connect into the device .. very easy to lose.
