    I am stumped!

I am putting this here because it seems the most appropriate section to do it. I have a lot of photos on my mobile phone. However when attempting to upload to my computer only about 20 photos are found. I have searched inside the mobile phone and cannot find where they are being stored. There are the 20 in DICM, but the others show up on the mobile. I have removed the micro sd card and found no files are on it. The phone is saying no sd card installed yet I can save contacts to it. Where would the photos be located? I have checked every file in the phone to no avail. Any suggestions? Mobile is Samsung S10. Jim

    Gday Jim,

I use a program called SendAnywhere to transfer files between my phone and computer. It does have a few ads but it is also great at finding all the photos on your phone. It is then easy to send them to your computer.

If you absolutely need to know where they are on your phone a file explorer app may be able to help you. I use ES File Explorer which has a "jump to" feature which will open whatever folder your image is in. You just have to long press on the image and click jump to at the bottom of the screen.

    Hope that helps!
