    Suspicious

    Hi All,

Is it normal on a Mac running Ventura to have an 'unidentified developer' running a suite of 'launch daemons' for things like "word', etc showing in log in settings in a folder?

I would say "no". Is this a recent thing? Have you downloaded any software? Do you have an Administrator account active? macOS is usually pretty anal about not running things without specific permission from an admin account.

Can you be a little more specific about "log in settings in a folder"?

The little bundle is in a folder in log in settings with un-id'd developer in grey text in a grey box next to it.

2 remote techs from a well known Telco had a play with it October last year to try resolve an issue with Exchange. Second one was really suss.

Issue turned out to be me having 2 separate fruit id's .................all sorted for nix by the crew I bought this from.

Wow. The only "remote techs" I have ever let into my Mac(s) have been from  Support, and even that makes me a little squeamish. But maybe that could be your next step. They're pretty good. Last time the girl wanted to know all about how I have Ventura running on a 2012 iMac.

The only other time a remote tech had a go (Office for Mac 2019 not fully functional........turned out to be them) was from MS and I got an email saying she had totally disconnected (or similar) from my Mac afterwards.

    Further up date..............

The 'unidentified developer' bundle was deleted. Password changed while offline.

Password was the same as for this site (also now changed and different) which suggests the probs I was having on here were maybe related.
