Emails from lamitmicro@aol.com claiming to be from Microsoft are scams.

    • This email is 100% a scam.
The sender address lamitmicro@aol.com uses a free AOL email account, which anyone can create. Microsoft does not send account-related alerts from AOL addresses.

    • Legitimate Microsoft emails about account issues, security, or verification always come from official domains like @accountprotection.microsoft.com.
    • The message likely claims urgent action is needed (e.g., account deletion, verification) to trick you into clicking malicious links or revealing personal information.

    • Do not click any links, download attachments, or provide passwords or personal details in response to this email.

    • Report the email as spam/phishing in your email client and delete it immediately.

Pretty much anything@aol.com is a scam these days. Come to think of it, anything@aol.com was probably always a scam.

Prior to the advent of aol you needed a couple of brain cells to get on line. aol was almost single-handedly responsible for lowering that bar into the cesspool that is now the internet. rofl lol roflmao here have a picture of a cat.
