and create a partition and format it.
Hi guys,
I bought a second hard drive Saturday to fit to my pc. It is a serial ata 320 meg drive. I have installed the drive and the startup bios screen reports the second drive however windows (xp professional) does not see it. Is there any steps I should have taken to make windows see the drive. I have installed ide drives in other machines in the past but there was no problems, When I started windows it could see the second drive.
thanks,
Ian
