    In Outlook 2003 do:

    Tools/Options/Mail Setup/Data File

And this will tell you where your mail is stored.

If it's blank, it's most likely you're using a server for storage, so go to:

Tools/Options/Mail Setup/Email Accounts/ select "view or change..." click next and tell me what you have. POP3 is the most common for small setups, and mail will always need a local storage file. IMAP and Exchange are both server side.

Regardless, grabbing the PST, or exporting the server store to a PST only grabs mail, calendar and stuff, not your preferences. To migrate Outlook with all settings from one machine to another use something like "Expert Settings Backup" which will grab mail and settings and put them in a slef-extracting executable you can just run on the target machine.

Ok then, friendship remains intact and Stevo is placated and won't feel the need to run you off the road next time you are in the Audi ( might be a bit harder against the Mack truck )
