    Divx File To Dvd

What is a reliable program ( and free) to convert divx files to dvd format ? I have tried using nero to do it but more often than not its starts breaking up just when you get to the good bits, also tried burning to hdd and then using dvd shrink to fit it on a 4.7 gb dvd. When using Nero a message says that to fit a 4.7 dvd it will need to compress it and thats when it has problems i think.

I use a program called ConvertXtoDVD

it takes about the movie length to convert it, but the quality is spot on...

Or just buy a DivX DVD player... they are about $70 now...

One program I kept going back to before I bought my $70 MPEG4 capable DVD player ($40 at Aldi) is Avi2Dvd. Tried Nero, Roxio, Ulead Movie factory and all seem to have some issue about half way through. Anyway Avi2Dvd works and its free. Link is here: http://www.trustfm.net/divx/SoftwareAvi2Dvd.html
