If it's not an ebay scam, which it sounds like, try clearing cookies and cache on your browser and reboot.

I found out what my prob was, after I did the disc cleanup it deleted all the cookies and associated stuff that makes fleabay work. Its now working fine, as I said before.
I have the virus firewall stuff set really high, so it won't load anything without asking , and I keep saying no, to firewall exceptions and the like. Till I worked out fleaby uses some sort of flash program.
