    yeah I worked that bit out, I was just confused as some else said and I have read that the browser auto corrects words when you do it wrong...a bit like word I guess

    No Script is a good addition for security too.

    I'm already not going back......I have used firefox at work.

    But its like all things with me I wont change it till it really ****es me off

    Right click and it will give you a list of words to choose from.

    Don't you just hate "intuitive" language software that isn't?

    You are in the middle of entering text using a word that you know is correct, but not in the computer's dictionary, then software corrects it to a word it does have in it's dictionary. What is particularly frustrating is when it incorrectly changes capitals.

    You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

    If you are positive the word is correct & it has a red underscore right clicking will give you the option of adding to dictionary for when that word is used next time. I haven't worked out the caps thing yet & alter those if necessary.

    I think the comment is for when apps like Word auto correct your spelling of words like capitalise to capitalize. No red underscore, it just goes and does it.
