I notice that when you initially save a web page to your favorites it saves a little colour icon so it is easy to find when selecting again. After a few weeks this icon dissapears and you just see the blue "e" symbol next to the page.
Anyone know how to retain the icon published by the web page.

Seriously, I suspect the icon may be saved in some sort of temporary file that has a limited keep time the same as the length of time it remembers where you have been (browsing history) - which will be a parameter you can change.
I do not have that problem, but do have another interesting one - I use two different browsers (same computer) and both of them do not add the page icon to all the bookmarks - which is not really surprising, as some web pages may not supply it. The two browsers do not show the icons on the same bookmarks!
