Then there's the app's like, Web browsers, WiFi sniffer, Map/GPS veiwer, Internet radio,ISO loaders, IR remote (for the original 1000 model - go into harvey normans etc. and change all the tellies settings, dvd players, camcorders...... )

Good times for a mischief maker.

DS is dead and gone, go the DSi. Both my boys traded their DS' in on the DSi when they came out. They take pics, get on the net (if you have a wifi modem at home) and lots more.

They will play DS games and if you're game, get an R4 card (cannot say more about this, do some research)

as for the R4 card and others they are brilliant as they let you install a program called moonshell which will let you watch movies and play music and you can even put all of your own games onto a micro sd card. no more forgetting that favorite game when you go away
