    I'm going to burn it - anybody got a lighter?

    i need desprate help it'll drive fine and all of a sudden gets air in the system the manual side of the lift pump hasent worked in a long time
    so i have to crack all the injectors turn it over for a few seconds tighten all but 1 injector and use full accelerator and she fires then tighten the last injector

    i carnt find the leak any where i even pressurised the tank
    its getting frustrating
    if any body carnt help can any body recommend a good landy specialist in adalaide
    or a good car carier to get it back to perth

    You didn't happen to remove the drain from the sedimenter recently did you? I spent four hours at 80 Mile Beach once trying to eliminate an air ingress only to eventually find that the cause was the small 'lip' which had developed on the flat rubber seal on the drain plug - turned the seal around and all OK.

    I know it's a long shot but if you've had the drain out/loosened recently it would be worth checking.

    There are a couple of good landy specialists in & around Adelaide.

    Where is the easiest for you to get to?

    There is TRS down south, but I know of a couple of others either in the CBD, North East, or North...

    yes i have thought of that so i put a new washer on
