I think 265/75/16 would be the most you would want to fit to 16 x 7" rims. They will tuck under nicely but will rub on full lock at the front. You will also need a 2" lift and camel cut at the rear to stop rubbing. 235/85/16 is about the same diameter but a bit narrower so may not rub on to steering. There is plenty of tyre info in the Good Oil secton or do a search.
