Measured mine all around and near enough to 450 front and rear on every corner.

I am towing a camper van with about 70Kg on the ball and with tool box spares food dog etc etc in the rear I sag quite a bit .

What's the best way to boost up the rear end for towing camper-van??? taller spring?? stiffer spring?? air bag??

If you arent towing all the time I would be fitting airbags or uprated/stiffer springs and airbags if you do a lot of towing.

I just lifted my disco the other day with springs and shocks from Suspension Stuff and I am very happy with the result.

Old heights measured from bottom of rim to guard lip
    FL 657mm
    FR 640mm
    RL 682mm
    RR 665mm

New heights measured from bottom of rim to guard lip
    FL 753mm
    FR 750mm
    RL 755mm
    RR 755mm

This is a 2" Lift Heavy Duty to cater for winch, bar and dual battery and rear drawer system all yet to be fitted. Think the original springs may have sagged a little
