I think all of you should check the rear load space floor as well------![]()

Checked my rear space last weekend. Just found a couple of rusty bolts and a few rust spots, which have been treated, so its not too bad.
Yep the rear is fine in mine also.

The another frecuent rustspot I´ve seen in many Discos is rear wheelarch, under the door seal. If the joint sealant from underside fails, then You get rust until the part separates completly corroded.

All good in my rear also (oh er) just the damn front that seems to be like a collinder
Mine is back all welded up and they tried to seal the grommet, so we'll see if that worked. Still not sure about the passenger side. Have to look around at the weekend.
Totally agree.
The moisture under carpet on drivers and passenger side in my Disco definitely got through these damn holes in the floor. one on the passenger side was actually missing, and rust therefore heaps worse... on drivers side one of them was just a lil out - I take them all out and seal with silicon... cant see why I need plugs...
Still have the underlay out - it was quite sunny last few days, but it sure holds a loooot of water, so I'll see if I replace it with something else or what....
good luck to all of you!!
