lol yes that too.
function wise though, just seems dumb (especially on some that dont have particularly big grille areas) to go and stick stuff right in the airflow path. Whether it actually affects cooling or not, i dunno, just not something i'd do personally.

Go to some one who knows how to weld and get them to weld 2 small plates on the front side of the bar. the lights will then clear the front of the top bar.
Or you could always cut the center of the top bar off.:)
