    Rebushing

I've just done this, the rear is easy, front radius arms were a pig to get the front 2 out of each arm. Very tight. I had luckily made a tool to be able to push the bushes out with a hydraulic press. I can't remember all the bolt sizes but the chassis mounts were 20mm nuts I think the front 4 were 18 or 19mm. Always use new nylocks.
    Have fun!

    Tool

Sorry no, a mate has them at the moment to do the bushes on his 110, but it is basically just a bit of bar about 100 long that has been turned down so that the diameter is the same a the bolt, this locates the tool and outer diameter is just a mm or so smaller than the outer diameter of the bush, thus you can push away without pushing onto the radius arm and damaging/bending it. I also made these up for the the Panhard rod and rear bushes on rear arms. Saved hours of hacksawing and hammering with a cold chisel!! By the way, we also have a pretty good hydraulic press at work.
