Hi all,
I've been researching this for a couple of days now and still stuck. I'm going to be getting a set of 265/75R16's and Rockcrawlers to suite (most likely the 16x8's):
Pro Comp - Australia - Series 87
I've ruled -25mm offset out as being to much for the 32's (seem to be required for 33's) and am tossing up between the +6mm and -6mm offset. This would give 54mm and 78mm increase in track with the rims alone.
I've seen Telf RRC has 0mm offset (bang between what I'm looking at) and that seems to work pretty well. I'm not sure if I should be going more or less (24mm isn't much in the scheme of things I guess).
I have flexi flares to go on so not fussed about rubbing and I'm aware the max legal increase in track is 50mm. Also getting a fesh set of bearings and brakes prior to the new wheels so they should be up to it as well.
Anybody got any thoughts on which way to go? Of course the other option is the 16x7's with +12mm offset which would give an extra 42mm of track but I'm not sure if this would give me full lock back with the steering.
Cheers
Stuart
