The only bigger standard Rover V8 this side of the new stuff is the 4.6. It is a straight bolt in proposition.
Hi,
I have a 1994 Discovery 3.9 Injected and I would like to fit a larger Rover motor. What are my options and what is involved in fitting them?
Thanks.
Stefan

Take one motor out and put another in.
It comes down to $$$$, a new or recon 4.6 can be up to $10k depending what work you have done and management system.(Haltech) etc.
Do a search on here and you will find many links on it.
