    Roof lining out...

    Hi all,I will be removing my hood lining to take of sagging material and staining it as per overkill's.Now I wont be able to keep the vehicle off the road while it is out and was just wondering if there are any issues with this eg. noise or road worthy??'thanks

    Did this about 6 month ago.
    Roof lining out thats as far as I got.
    Still have to fix and refit...
    may still be out for another 6 months...
    no problems just looks bad from the inside...

    I think you need the hoodlining for the vehicle to be roadworthy, but unless a cop is standing right at the window they couldnt tell.

    I did my hoodlining last week, removed it on sunday afternoon and had it back in the car by monday night.
    Put the extra effort in and reline it with fabric, makes the car look a heap better inside.
