    Update..
worked last night but still got up at 10am and hit it hard all day with only a few interuptions and seems i guessed the time perfectly. Spent exactly 6 hours under the dozer and got both front and rear diffs changed and test driven with awesome results. Have to goto ARB tomorrow and get a compressor and the lines and switches for the front locker but other than that the dozer is back on the road and in desperate need of a good run . Work is my biggest killer for that though as i'm working every weekend from now until november so i might have to arrange a night off just to spend all day getting muddy. If anyone has Tuesday or Wednesday off let me know as these days i can take off without much problem.

Just for the record, I never even thought about it but damn those locked diffs are so much heavier than standard ones. Hope they hold up better the rear was destroyed again spider gears in pieces and they almost exited through the pumpkin above the fill hole, left a nice dent in it, the carrier is missing about a 1/4 of it where it let go. I was having too much fun to even hear it go bang

    Hi Nicho,

Good to hear the Dozzer is mobile again. Are you still going to make the gathering in October. Looks like I wont be able to test things out until then as things are busy at the moment. We will have to get a test day going sometime soon.

    Cheers, Dave.

Still checking a few things out but worse case scenario will be on the Sunday if the boss lets me have a day off. I'll let you know if we are goin out for a test day and maybe you can make it too. Would be great to catch up with you. I still haven't forgotten how you saved me on Mt Terrible track. What a fun day that was. Maybe you and I can hit that big hill that stopped us that day and make it all the way up. I have a winch now as well so not much stopping us aside from time.

Oh worked out too while I was doing the work that my front drive shaft was hitting the swaybar so I removed it until I can make up some spacers so I can get enough clearance while flexing

Took the dozer for a run to ARB this morning to pick up the compressor and fittings for the locker. I am very happy to report that it was the first time in a long time that it didn't drop back gears on the freeway and cruised so comfortably all the way there and home. Next on the agenda fit the compressor and switches and air line after i finish fixing my daughters jeep (split bottom rad hose :-( what a nightmare) might have the locker working by the weekend but im not counting my chickens before the eggs hatch. 10hr night shift with 2 1/2 hour drive time return leaves minimal time to do anything but sleep and eat. Also need to find time to fit my rock sliders, fridge, make a drawer system, fit my gel battery and inverter, rear camp light etc etc etc. nothing worse than having all the bits but no time to fit them up and even less time to enjoy them.
