ok i have fixed my disco i got a good set of injectors for $150 and now its all good goes like a dream now to do the front wheel bearings.
so i would just like to thank all the people how posted here with advise.

So you took them apart and could not put them back together? Or they were beyond just a clean?
no they where put back to gether and fitted to the car but it laked power i think when we cleand them the holes in the tip where opend up a bit and the fuel wasnt spraying properly even though on the bench tester they looked ok?
