    disco 1 chassis change using rrc

    hi guys happy new year to u all

    im currently undertaking a 98 d1 resto and im having to replace the chassis as its has some major cancer and i was wondering if any one new if the 89 rrc chassis will be right i noticed today that the rear swaybar bracket isnt there fixed with some welding but is there any other probs i might run into

    The petrol tank mounts are quite different, I doubt the plastic tank will fit unless you swap the mounts too.

    They'll swap, fuel tank mounts are the only drama, but, the later chassis is far better, it has additional tabs to stop the body out riggers cracking the chassis
