Do an eBay search fog fenix radiators. Mine was around $400, alloy. Great service prompt delivery.
I' use them again in a heart beat.
Hey guys i booked my disco in for a rad service because shes just rolled onto 200'000km, dropped her down at my local NATRAD and they've informed me that my radiator has a small leak and is corroded. She doesnt overheat and rides at ~3mm below half way on the temp guage.
They've quoted me $825 for a recore, is it worth recoring? or buying a brand new radiator and does anyone recommend a brand or place to purchase from, i've seen those fenix radiators on ebay for $400 are they any good? i do a bit of offroading so i would like one that works for years to come.
Cheers guys

think you would buy an original/oem one for less than recore price.
this web store will do one for less than you have had quoted.

Cheapest OEM rad I could find was about $650 from memory.
The V8 ones are heaps dearer than the diesel jobbies.
so the fenix ones are of good quality? i'll order one of those seems to be spot on at 400$ with free delivery on ebay and a 2 year warranty.
Thanks for the quick replys guys
Mate, cools the motor well, I had some trouble fitting the shroud though. Cable tied the bottom corner, no dramas.
There was a thread on here about the end tanks splitting on those aluminium radiators.Just something to be aware of.
