    best oil for R380

    haY ALL,
    has anyone got recommendation for what oil to use in a old r380, its goin behind a 4.6

    Hi I think the oil I used was castrol syntrans from memory it cost me
    $130. 00 odd for 5 lts for the r380 but could have gotten away with 4

    i also use syntrans, and have for a few years with some hard driving and never an issue.
