    Hydraulic winch fitment woes

    Hi Guys,
    I am in the process of fitting a hydraulic winch to my 300TDI D1.

    In order to make this simpler I ordered Milemarker Pt#34-5010-45 (Adapter Kits for Hydraulic Winches). It says that it's compatible for all 1997 Land Rover Discovery's. Sadly this is not the case and the fitting kit does not fit 1997 RHD 300TDI D1's.

    Therefore if you want to fit a hydraulic winch to your RHD 300TDI D1, do not buy this kit.

    On a side note, if you have a power steering pressure line for a RHD 300TDI D1, from pump to power steering box, and you want to pass it on, please PM me. I am happy to take it off of your hands even if the retaining clips have worn through it, or the hoses leak.

    That is a US site and I don't believe the TDI was sold in the US hence their comment about fitting all D1s - yes it fits all D1s sold in the US.
