    Always out. Just looks cool. I wish Mickey T would make full blown white wall mud tires rather then just the lettering. Now that would be cool.

    The white lettering side has a layer of white rubber. White rubber should in theory have less UV stability and inferior mechanical properties compared to black rubber, as it has no particulate carbon.

    However it is just a thin layer, sandwiched between layers of black rubber. I have not noticed any difference in sidewall strength from side-side.
