Ok, because I am slack I don't normally service my discovery, but as my bank balance is not currently brimming, I'd better do it as I am about 10,000 km overdue. The old girl is at 301,000 km almost, so, what do I need to do!
Naturally oils and fluids for engine, diffs, gearbox etc need to be done. What are all the capacities for the 200TDI ??
I have a haines manual I have to check the servicing section for, but I thought I would find out what suggestions everybody here has. Once I have done that, I will look at the clutch leaking into the footwell![]()

It is hard to know what to do unless there is a service history. There is a long list of items to do depending on when they were done last. You need to look in the workshop or owner's manual.
If the clutch is leaking on the floor, you need a new master cylinder. It is best to replace the slave and flexible hose at the same time. Fun... job...
Can the master be sleeved?
Last service was due about 10k ago, otherwise it has been looked after by a mechanic in my ownership at least.

i think it can, but the price of a brand new one is not much more
Apart from the fluids and filters being changed, I'd suggest the following.
Lash Caps and Valve clearance adjust.
Timing Belt might be due.
Adjust wheel bearings, grease drive flange splines, check brake pads while at it.
Grease prop shafts.
Flush coolant and power steering.
The Good Oil will sort you out for type and volume required.

98% of all Land Rovers built are still on the road.
The other 2% made it home.
Cost difference between Britpart and Genuine seals: £2.04. Knowing that your brakes won't fail at any moment: Priceless.
i'll be doing the same thing to my 200tdi disco in the coming weeks, i'm also replacing the tie rod ends and swivel hub seals and bearings to get to a 'basepoint' for futher maintenance
