    Noisy steering

    Are '91 disco's notoriously loud in the power steering pump region? Also, what's a changeover pump worth? Cheers.

    If you've checked for fluid level, and made sure there's no significant leaks, then there's a fair chance that your 22 year old pump may well be on it's way out.

    Not really worth sticking a new one on, a second hand one from a breakers shouldn't set you back much.
