Phew, finally finished it & won't be doing again by myself :censored:, the front umm buggers were a pain in the but. Made a huge difference though, in ride & height but only done round the block yet to see if there where any clunks or clangs. Will see how she goes tomorrow :D

Just a bit of a side issue here......when I put the wheels back on I was going to check wheel & shocky nuts after a couple of days. Anyway went for a spin with the club, everything ok, then went down to Brissy & daughter was using me as her personal taxi service  , so about 400k's at this time. When driving into mother in-laws (staying there) on day I noticed a slight noise when going at walking pace (one drive-way for about 40 odd town house type acc) so got oldest boy to drive it back & forwards & sure enough 1 (only 1) set of wheel nuts where coming a bit loose. :o
So moto IS, after a removing any tyres ALWAYS check wheel nuts again after a couple of hundred k's

Hi Steelo
Do you remember what the part number was for your rear springs?
Do you know the specifications for the front and rear springs? eg 220lb
I have a set of lan106e front and lan113hd rear, but I can't find any spec on them. They have no paint splashes on them to ID them.
The front are about 15.5in with 9 coils and the rear are 16.5in with 9.5 coils.
If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
Neale
