    same problem but little different

hey bud I know what you mean! I have a 93 that runs REALLY hot all the time but the temp dial stays in the middle short trips runs down the highway it don't matter open the bonnet the heat bowls me over. not sure if its cause for concern its always just done it. many landrover gurus say don't worry about it all good.

Do the auxiliary fans come on with the air con and go off when the air con is off, like mine? When my auxiliaries failed, mine used to heat up.

Just wondered if your auxiliary fans were working properly. Ignore it if not relevant.

The new parts but especially the viscous fan fixed everything, plus I pulled out the black insulator under the bonnet as it was sagging and smelling "burnt" due to the (old) heat under there ... all good now!
