Lifters
Chevy small block, Holden 6 and V8 and Rover V8 all run the same diameter lifters (0.842"). Most (maybe all?) of the small-block GM engines (Buick, Olds, Chev, Pontiac, etc) ran the same lifter size. I have Chevy lifters in mine. More modern Holdens run an imported GM engine and these have roller lifters which you can't use...
Not 100% sure on lifter length, although I believe them to be the same. I run a valve-train conversion kit (ie. stud-mounted roller rockers) which requires through-pushrod oiling so I had to change pushrods, etc as part of that.
