    Ive recently fitted flares, i did quite a neat job with a grinder... Ill try get some pics up

    here in the states, harbor freight sells a little body saw for around $10. It uses a fine tooth blade and a reciprocating action. mine is air powered. makes a perfect cut in thin bodywork without deflecting the metal all over. gives a smooth edge too.

    heres the tool, I see they are now electric and more expensive. great tool though.
