Dont have a link but have seen them on ebay.
I have done a quick drawing on a napkin, so I have some dimensions to work with.... Now I need some time!
I think this is the one you are thinking of:
Improved Bottom Radiator Hose Land Rover Discovery 1 300TDi 1994 to 1999
That one looks to have plastic reinforcement in the joints , and does look good - I believe Loanrangie was talking about metal replacements for the T pieces. Maybe I misunderstood.
PCH119060 | 300TDI Bottom Hose
Although the pic shows vulcanized it is actually plastic T pieces.
I didn't think you could buy vulcanized anymore.
This is what they look like
Land Rover Parts - HOSE - RADIATOR - BOTT - L/ROVER DEF 300 TDI
a link to this kit would be great.
does anyone think something like this would work for the bottom hose.

Thats it.
The thread seems to have some loose ends...
It strikes me that a stainless steel T-piece would allow a unique, probably hard-to-find hose to be repaired with generic hose if necessary. (And yes, I carry a spare but I'm still paranoid about hoses that are both vital and hard to find when you need them.)
Anyway, the stainless steel item is still available from flea-bay. Watch this space, or search: Radiator Hose T Fitting Size 2" X 2" X 5/8"
