Most Tojo LSD don't work for crap and only have one in the rear any how so makes them 2x1/2 wheel drive if that makes sence. Might be driving style

PM ME FOR WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR
My mates must be lucky then because there cars are well outside warranty and there LSD works fine.
Very little versus nothing.
When you talking about every bit counts that's an important distinction.
Simple mathematics i would have thought.
I have had both spinning wheels in the air a few times. Its quite annoying to look at a car labeled 4 wheel drive sit there like a turtle turned over.
Easy to get out of sure. Easy to prevent in the first place? Not always. Throwing money into the car helps.
A little traction out of the 2 wheels on the ground would have been much appreciated in those situations.
I have done a lot to mitigate this.
Increased approach angle as much as possible.
Lifted and big tyres. It helps but only helps.
A lot more to do in order to get the car to a point where i would feel comfortable calling it a 4 wheel drive.
Locker in the rear and LSD in the front.
Yes people actually fit LSDs to discos. Ever wonder why that is?
D2`s with open diffs work realy well and can go a lot further than most stockers but they have Traction control standard.
Yes i have a D2 and its locked why cause i like to play hard with 32" muddies.
4wd`s were and some still are fundamentally 2wd`sOne wheel at the front and one at the rear driven and alot these days are 3 wheelers .
So at the end of the day its not the cars fault your just expecting to much from a standard car .
This is the mind set of a lot of Naive people that buy a 4wd`SI can go any where its a 4wd

I did reply to this. Appears it went missing.
Im not talking about D2. Um its the D1 chat area yea?
You locked it because you wanted fun. 32 inch? Yea i have 33 inch.
My plan is to lock it, replace axles and rear shaft. Then to add LSD to the front. Stuff you need in order to have fun IMHO.
Isnt it why people here insist you have lockers or winch to go out with them?
Do i expect too much? Only go where others have gone before me.
I had to change the stock disco quite a lot to get it to run like a decent 4x4.
First was getting approach angle by getting rid of all that plastic crap and fitting a nice bullbar. (bullbar is for the roos in my area)
Second was clearance which was done with bigger wheels.
Third was articulation which was done with suspension.
Stock disco 1s are horrible to go offroad. Try drive one of those into a decent rive and watch the front plastic catch the water and offer massive resistance.
Horrible! I have a pic of my disco when i first got it in a puddle stuck for this exact reason. Wont happen now but stock this is what it is.
