    Tackled something I had very little chance of driving, so gave the winch its 1st run actually recovering myself! Also done some 'adjustments' to the RH rear 1/4 and rear bumper at the same time...

    Premier 9000lb and yes it went well. Required snatch block and pulling with the 1st layer on the drum tho. Ledge was vertical with exposed roots.

    Replaced starter motor. Twice. . 2nd hand unit that was working a few weeks earlier decided solenoid would stick so replaced with new unit. Also replaced starter positive and earth leads with 0 b&s cable.

    Regreased and adjusted the wheel bearings, then this arvo after my late lunch I have to flush the brake fluid. All in prep for my high country trip over xmas/new year

    Fitted a new serpentine belt and auto adjuster as well as a full set of coolant hoses.
    Cleaned out the back (man I had some junk in there) ready for packing for holidays.
