A big shout out to Fausto for helping me with the valves today. Made an easy job of it having a flat garage space, proper tools, and experienced guidance.
Got it back from the shop, now complete with push button start to compensate for the ailing ignition switch.

Was cleaning it yesterday and felt the carpet and was all squishy and soggy. Sigh. Lifted up carpet and found this. Another job. Definately water from all the rain getting in. And the windscreen was only put in few years ago when i painted roof. Pretty sure coming from there. Definately rain water as my heater been bypassed and no green in it.

Yep could have used the 3x3 but wanted to keep it inside vehicle length. Will get the walls to go on when I get a chance

How difficult is it to remove the parking brake assembly of the back of the transfer case?
Fairly easy. From memory, you mark the shaft position in relation to where it bolts on brake drum. Remove them 4of, and tie shaft to the side. Then I believe there's one big bolt in the middle. I think you need to stick something up into flywheel to stop it spinning. Make sure you pull lead off back of fuel pump.
There may be some things i missed. Someone else can join in. You can download the workshop manual for free. Has all that info in it. Try find my clutch thread ir tcase thread. I think i put a few photos and detail. My memory is sugar.
