96 auto Tdi 349,000km. Been running diesel/gas for nearly 4 years, head was rebuilt at the same time, no other problems. Consistently getting 8.6L/100km

Olfella has since reported that his 300TDI has now passed the 1 million k's and never had the head removed :o
I was rounding off and guessing on my last post where I said 445K, it wasn't far off in the scheme of things but this one is more accurate and occasion is marked with a photo.
About 225k - merely a teenager compared to some here
