So the fan goes anticlockwise so it ubdoes that way

I wedges a bar from the pully to the chassis and put an extension on my spanner and leant on it, it lifted the engine up and broke the engine mount but still didnt move

Unless someone has Loctited the fan on (yes, I've seen it done), just put your spanner on the fan nut and hit it with a hammer (leave the serpentine belt in place as it will reduce the rotation.)
Normally, they'll free easily.

I've found that a shifter is too wide and can jam up on the bar that you're trying to hold the pulley with. A regular fan spanner is a good investment.
Your bar looks like its resting on the passenger side rail which would suggest you're trying to turn it clockwise.
A specially made bar that holds two opposite bolt heads should reach the drivers side rail. A simple pry bar will jam the nut not the pulley. I made one up to suit my specific vehicle application out of 50 x 6 flat bar.
You should be able to take off the whole water pump complete with the fan and attack it later.
Any engine mount that broke under these conditions was probably already perished.
