    Make up a template from cardboard and place the bolts into it in their correct positions as some are short, some medium and some long.

    AFAIR you have to undo the power steering pump adjuster as one bolt holds it and there is a bracket on the left that has to come off.

    What is the other spanner called that locks around the shaft and nuts to hold the pulley tight to undo the viscous nut

    I use a belt or chain wrench.

    IF the belt is still on and tight usually just whacking the hub spanner with a mallet or your hand is enough to jar it loose.
