    Tips to tighten power steering belt on 93 discovery v8

    Can someone give some tips on getting the belt tight on my power steering pump.

    Fan off, fan shroud off, loosen adjuster, insert a flat blade screw driver into the adjuster bracket somewhere to tighten the belt, then tighten the adjuster. On no account apply any force the the thin metal can that surrounds the pump.
