It's a lot easier than it sounds. The "jumper" is usually a bent paper clip. The "Testbook diagnostic port" or whatever it's called is just a plug at the bottom of the dash fascia. Most of us here are not sparkies, and many of us have done this.

It is the immobilizer light. On means it's triggered and it should not start (unless somebody has rewired the Disco to bypass the immobilizer!).

Wohoo. I did it. You guys rock, thanks so much for your help. Now, i need someone to tell me if i got the code right.

1 long flash, pause, 1 short flash, pause, 2 short flashes, pause. Then 1 long flash, pause, 1 short flash, pause 2 short flashes, pause. Then starts again.
Im guessing the code is 2-2. Am I correct? And if so, is this mean I have a RCP failure? And how do I fix?

    Cheers guys😀

RCP stands for ReCirculation Pump (aka ABS pump). If this was constantly on you would hear it. RobMacca had this error coming up on his system, but his pump also was not running.

I would suggest that you inspect/clean connections, check the fuses (30 amp in engine bay fuse panel near battery and 5amp under dash), clear the faults and take for a run to see if the light comes on or clears and try the blink test again. Other than that I can't really be of much help as I have never encountered this problem..
