Got a d1 two door can someone give me a list of what needs to be done to fit 33" wheels on the rig and how wide can I go with the tire also? Cheers

How deep is your wallet What do in need to do to fit 33" wheels

On a D1 the spend list is quite scary to do it properly for longevity...

2x Diff centre (ATB or locker)
2x Crown wheel and pinion sets 3.9:1
    H/D flanges
    H/D axles
    Extended Flares
    Guard cut
    Offset rims

    255/85-16
285/75-16 is starting to push it for width without contact

Turning radius can be a pain
    Bump stops may need lengthening

I want to do it the proper way, will start buying bits to get it done next year not all at once so price doesn't bother me to much.

Flares , lift and offset rims - jobs done.
Yes you can buy all the above for more than the value of the car but what for.

What size lift and offset do you recommend?

I run a 3" lift with 32" but 2 is usually enough, if you want to retain some sort of turning circle then -25 offset is ideal but you may get away with 0 offest depending on tyre width.

    I was thinking 10.5 or 12.5
