discovery 1 remote central locking key fob

hi there i was wondering if there is a cheaper alternative for a replacement then a genuine one at all? on ebay i can only find shells and not a complete unit

my discovery 1 didnt come with one but has the other bits to use one and it would be nice when the nabours cat sets off my car alarm if i could hit the button instead of having to go and unlock and relock my car lol

This is OEM, freight extra. I suggest that youi ensure that you alarm is AS10 and 315Mhz as some cars were imported from other markets with different frequencies

You will need somebody to program this to your car. I have hawkeye for disco 1 and I can do it, but Bathurst is a little ways from you . I would guess there are other Diagnostic units that can program keys (like Nanocom?) but I am not familiar with them.
