    V8 D1 tow capacity

    Hi guys
    Can someone tell me what the braked towing capacity of a V8 D1 is pls. A neighbour has bought one and there are no books in it

    the limit is set by the tow ball,,
    my Rossi was plated at 4000kgs.

    Check the towbar for its ratings, usually stamped on a small steel plate, and of course the tow ball/coupling fitted. Electric or vacuum brakes are essential as are break-away brakes.
