    Disco 1 1993 3.9 inj Running rough

Hi I have a disco 1 1993 3.9I just the truck was running good small after leak from water pump replaced pump, thermostat and belts. All good on startup checked temp heater working checked for air locks all good. A few days later on a test drive rpm 1800 to 2500 in has a miss sometimes it feels like it’s running on 2 cylinders in the rev range it pots at the exhaust just sitting there and holding the rpm. It’s weird how it was running fine replaced a water pump and now it’s missing. I’m a little embarrassed to say what we have replaced, spark plugs ht leads cap rotor ignition module coil air mass meter fuel pump. When this all started I was convinced it was an earth fault I’ve checked the basics battery earth motor earth an auto electrical friend started a bit of a probe and found the temp sensor not working correctly making it run lean replaced sensor. It’s not a case of money I would like to find the fault I can’t be the only person that’s had this fault. Most of the time you think it’s fixed drive 20 30 km and all of a sudden it back. HELP HELP

From memory, around that area where temp sensor is, the harness also leads to the fuel injectors. sometimes working in that location can dislodge the wires. Might pay to check injector connections, clean etc.

It does sound like not getting correct fuel if it's popping... ie. lean.
